The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Healthcare Relationship Manager to lead growth and relationship strategies within the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a banking professional who thrives on building new business, deepening client relationships, and structuring complex lending solutions. You’ll work with physician groups, outpatient surgery centers, hospital partnerships, long-term care operators, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities—helping them achieve their financial goals while expanding our presence in this specialized industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business development by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing ones.
  • Build a strong network of referral partners and COIs to generate new opportunities.
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and structure lending agreements, preparing clear, compelling credit packages for approval.
  • Oversee the loan closing process , ensuring documentation, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Monitor client financials, assess credit risk, and proactively address changes in credit quality.
  • Cross-sell a broad range of banking products to meet client needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in lending, credit, or relationship management within commercial banking.
  • Proven ability to prospect, sell, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, loan documentation, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • Comfort with Salesforce, nCino, or similar tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Formal commercial credit training.
