Description

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the sales, marketing, advertising, and event initiatives within AMT's Sales and Media group. This role works closely with sales representatives, digital/web teams, editorial staff, marketing, and clients to coordinate campaigns, manage sponsorship deliverables, support audience development efforts, and help drive revenue growth across digital, print, social media, and live event platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duties and responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
Prepare, process, and track sales orders, proposals, contracts, and related documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records within Salesforce CRM
Coordinate communication and workflow across sales, marketing, editorial, production, and digital/web teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Support advertising and sponsorship fulfillment across print, digital, social, webinar, and event platforms
Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for leadership and management
Support lead management and customer service efforts, including follow-up communication and responding to client inquiries
Oversee order fulfillment and production coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and monitor payment activity
Coordinate production workflows related to WAT and Architect advertising and sponsorship deliverables
Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting, scheduling, and campaign planning as needed
Assist with audience development and promotional initiatives to support revenue growth and engagement goals
Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, media operations, or a related role
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing and project management tools preferred
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
