Duties and Responsibilities

Will develop and upgrade the existing OneNet website and associated databases/applications.

Work to develop page design changes to help simplify the end customer’s experience.

Assist with incorporating user-friendly and mobile-optimized website applications based on DeCA-provided design documents.

Enhancing the existing search capabilities and implementing improvements to the search feature.

Responsible for adding descriptive content and media to DeCApedia topic pages for improved search optimization and user understanding.

Provide support services to upgrade mobile access for end-user experience.

Upgrading of the email notification services for communication of new content.

Ensuring the migration of Legacy Functionalities.

Upgrade the DeCA website homepage to personalize the user experience based on geographic location and provide relevant information.

Support the reworking and design of the existing homepage by adding a homepage carousel feature.

Enable the integration of data from commissaries.com to Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Create a Newsroom mini-site that will include government-generated releases in text and other media formats.

Qualification(s)

Must have IAT II Certification (Security+ CE, CND, CCNA-Security, CySA+, SSCP, GICSP, or GSEC)

Active Secret Clearance Required

Requirements

Familiarity with Drupal or other CMS platforms

Analytical Problem Solver – demonstrate strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.

Strong Verbal Communication – able to clearly and confidently communicate ideas, technical concepts, and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Aptitude – possesses a solid technical background with the ability to learn new tools, platforms, and systems quickly.

Contract & Client Understanding – capable of interpreting contract requirements, statements of work (SOWs), and client expectations.
