Responsibilities

Support the Director of Sales with administrative tasks, proposals, and group inquiries

Draft and manage contracts, group resumes, and banquet event orders (BEOs)

Distribute proposals, resumes, agreements and BEOs as requested

Enter room blocks, rooming lists, reservations, amenities, and VIP requests

Communicate booking details with departments to ensure seamless service

Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between clients and the resort

Ensure billing information on all reservations, groups and master accounts is set up correctly

Send sales correspondence including rooming lists, and BEOs to customers as requested

Work with clients to detail out events

Perform any other duties as directed by the Director of Sales

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel sales, or administrative support preferable at properties of similar size and quality

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in general computer knowledge, Microsoft Office and experience with hotel systems is preferred

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to take initiative with exceptional energy, flexibility, and professionalism

Must be well-groomed and meet business casual dress code requirements and be able to interact with curators and guests courteously

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Able to work extended hours, including weekends or holidays, to accommodate a client's needs as well as any events
