Field Talent Scout & Onboarding Lead

East Coast Facilities - Hartford Service Center is seeking a Field Team Recruiter who will own the entire recruiting funnel for front-line positions. This role is highly interactive and requires proactive sourcing of candidates in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for candidate quality, retention, and managing the full recruiting process.
Qualified applicants should have at least 3 years in related fields and be fluent in both English and either Spanish or Haitian Creole. A valid driver’s license is required.
