Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving data‑informed decision‑making across the marketing funnel through performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The Marketing Analytics Consultant will partner cross‑functionally to deliver insights, optimize campaigns, and improve acquisition, lifecycle, and revenue outcomes. This position supports marketing strategy by ensuring alignment to measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Tracking & Measurement

Track performance across marketing channels including paid, organic, email, web, events, content, and account‑based marketing

Develop dashboards and automated reporting aligned to business KPIs

Cohort Analysis & Forecasting

Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, channel efficiency, and ROI

Forecast pipeline and revenue contribution to support planning and budget decisions

Insights & Experimentation

Analyze campaign and test performance to generate actionable insights

Partner with cross‑functional teams to support experiment design and performance evaluation

Funnel Analytics & KPI Management

Define and manage KPI frameworks across acquisition and lifecycle stages

Analyze funnel progression (Lead ? MQL ? SQL ? Opportunity ? Revenue) to identify optimization opportunities

Reporting & Business Insights

Deliver recurring reports with clear, data‑driven insights

Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline performance

Market & Competitive Analysis

Research market conditions, customer trends, and competitor strategies

Analyze pricing, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness

Required Skills

Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization capabilities

Experience with B2B marketing funnels and attribution modeling

Advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel or equivalent)

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Required Tools & Platforms

CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot or similar)

Web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics or similar)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field

8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or revenue operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience working in B2B marketing environments with full‑funnel visibility

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Experience working with marketing systems and data workflows

Ability to partner cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments
