Antenna is looking for a Vice President to serve as a senior strategic leader within our award‑winning Real Estate practice. In this role, you’ll drive fully integrated campaigns for top‑tier clients spanning real estate investors, developers, AEC firms, venture capital firms, and other players across the real estate spectrum, while shaping the practice’s growth, market positioning, and client experience.

This is a high‑impact leadership role at the intersection of campaign strategy, client service excellence, and business development. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to deliver sophisticated strategic counsel rooted in industry intelligence and business context. You’ll build trusted C‑suite relationships, expand Antenna’s footprint in the sector, and collaborate closely with our Climate, Energy, and Infrastructure practice on accounts requiring hybrid expertise.

You’ll elevate this practice by bringing strategic rigor, deepening marquee relationships, and raising the bar on quality and ambition.

You’ll partner with the Practice Lead and other leaders to position Antenna as the premier integrated marketing partner for the world’s leading real estate brands. You’ll shape agency capabilities, develop high‑potential talent, and amplify Antenna’s reputation as a category leader.

ABOUT YOU
You’re a seasoned communicator who has navigated complex real‑estate sectors—residential and commercial development, affordable housing, venture capital, AEC, infrastructure, or proptech—and made them resonate with stakeholders from investors to policymakers. You’ve counseled executives through high‑stakes moments, crafted narratives that position brands as category leaders, and built programs that drive perception, demonstrate ROI, and elevate reputation.

This isn’t a place to coast. You want to lead, to shape the conversation around real estate’s role in building resilient, equitable, and thriving communities, and to grow a practice that’s as ambitious as the clients it serves.

While this role is fully remote eligible, our ideal candidate is based in New York City or South Florida.

Set the Agenda

– Define communications strategies that help complex companies lead in fast‑changing markets.

Guide Leaders Through Inflection Points

– Provide clear counsel during periods of growth, transformation, or crisis; anticipate issues before they surface.

– Create visibility for clients with top‑tier media, trade press, policy audiences, and investors.

Win Business and Trust

– Drive growth by opening doors, earning confidence in the room, and delivering results that stick.

Lead Teams That Deliver

– Recruit, mentor, and grow high‑performing account teams; instill discipline, creativity, and pride in the work.

Represent the Agency

– Speak on stages, publish thought leadership, and cultivate a presence across the real estate and built world ecosystems.

WHAT YOU BRING

10–12+ years of public relations and corporate communications experience, with significant exposure to real‑estate sectors.

Previous experience working at a public relations or integrated marketing agency is required, with a strong track record of leading client accounts.

Background in financial or investor communications is highly valuable; you know how to speak the language of investors as well as the media.

Proven success in growing accounts, winning new business, and developing senior‑level client relationships.

Experience leading and developing account teams with high standards of performance.

Strong network across media, industry, and financial communities.

Excellent writing, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to distill complex, technical subjects into clear, compelling stories.

A collaborative, low‑ego style with the drive to push boundaries and deliver meaningful impact.

The base salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000. Relevant experience, skills, business needs, and other related qualifications determine compensation.
