PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs system deployments including hardware and software configuration primarily on Apple computers and Tablets.
Performs troubleshooting ofsupported desktop operating systems and applications.
Performs custom software distribution to all Apple systems.
Manages backupof Apple workstations andlaptops
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Performs other related duties as assigned by manager and/or assistant manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:

High School Diploma/GED
EXPERIENCE :
3-4 years ’ experience in Apple support with emphasison Intel-based Apple hardware and software including, MAC, IOS devices. Strong knowledge ofTCP/IP and network administration/protocols IOS and/or MacOSX Application development
