Lead Marketing Strategist – Wealth & Commercial
We’re seeking a talented Lead Marketing Strategist to guide go‑to‑market strategy for the Wealth and Commercial segments. The role requires deep experience in segment marketing, customer insights, and cross‑functional execution, driving strategies that resonate with owners, fuel growth, and differentiate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the marketing strategy for the Wealth and Commercial segments, grounded in customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.

Lead end‑to‑end GTM planning for new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives—partnering closely with Product, Sales, Channel, and ecosystem teams.

Translate customer needs and behaviors into actionable insights that inform messaging, positioning, and value propositions.

Serve as the strategic marketing lead across internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of segment‑specific initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance, segment KPIs, and customer engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate our approach to Wealth and Commercial marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) with 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, leading teams, segment strategy, and GTM execution.

Proven success developing and launching marketing strategies for Wealth and Commercial audiences.

Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into strategic insights.

Expert knowledge of internet/intranet websites, design, and web technologies.

Proficiency with analytical tools for deep data dives; proactive problem solver who can troubleshoot or elevate issues.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing cross‑functional teams.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data visualization (preferred).

Agile marketing or product marketing certification is a plus.

This is an in‑office position 5 days – not a hybrid role.

Salary Range

Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Utah: $150,000 – $175,000

California, New York: $150,000 – $200,000

These ranges are dependent on experience and other job‑related factors.
