Role Summary
The role is a senior individual contributor who shapes how marketing, brand, and client experiences drive business results. The individual partners closely with market leaders to set priorities, design go‑to‑market strategies, and deliver campaigns and experiences that produce measurable impact. They own the strategy from start to finish—defining the approach, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring execution delivers strong return on investment. The role balances big‑picture strategy with hands‑on leadership, guiding multiple initiatives at once and translating business goals into clear marketing and experience actions.
Qualifications
BA/BS required; MBA preferred or analytical advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in leading marketing, experience or customer strategy roles, ideally within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated experience developing strategies and business plans across all aspects of marketing and experience, with the requisite results to prove it.
Ability to apply modern marketing techniques across segments, channels, journey‑based, digital and non‑digital.
Strong business acumen and proven experience managing budgets to develop and manage successful large‑scale campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives.
Deep analytics and insights experience. Thought partner with the Analytics and Insights leader with knowledge of what work would serve the business segment most effectively, not a customer.
Experience leading complex, matrixed organizations with shared accountability. Proven ability to communicate at all levels, with executives across the firm, and with matrixed teams to deliver on the work.
Location and Work Arrangement
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. Current INTERNAL home‑based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home‑based status.
