Toro Marketing Group is looking for a motivated, people-driven Campaign Assistant to join our growing Dallas team. We run results-driven marketing and sales campaigns for recognized B2B brands — and our Campaign Assistants are at the center of it all.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the planning and execution of B2B marketing and sales campaigns
Engaging directly with customers and clients in the field and in the office settings
Assisting account managers with campaign logistics and performance tracking
Representing client brands professionally in the marketplace
Participating in daily team meetings, sales training, and leadership development
Building product knowledge across multiple client accounts and industries
What We're Looking For
A motivated self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A competitive mindset and a genuine desire to grow professionally
Degree in Marketing, Business, xsgimln or Communications preferred — not required
Background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus
