About The Role
The Account Manager is the primary relationship owner for a dedicated group of clients—ensuring clarity, communication, project success, and a seamless experience from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with Senior Storytellers, Editors, Producers, and Leadership to execute high-performing storytelling campaigns that align with client goals.
This is not an administrative role. It is a strategic partner position that requires strong communication, proactive ownership, organization, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Communication & Relationship Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients
Lead client calls, gather clarity, set expectations, and maintain alignment
Translate client goals into clear, actionable project plans
Build relational trust through consistency, responsiveness, and expertise
Project & Campaign Coordination
Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across all accounts
Collaborate with Storytelling Teams to ensure projects remain on time and on strategy
Maintain CRM records, production notes, client status, and next steps
Assist in crafting and deploying storytelling campaigns using the StoryPlot Framework
Internal Team Collaboration
Communicate project requirements to creative and production teams
Ensure all stakeholders have clarity and accountability
Identify risks, bottlenecks, or gaps early—and solve them proactively
Strategic Storytelling Support
Understand video-first storytelling, creative workflows, and social deployment
Provide strategic input on content plans, story arcs, and campaign needs
Advocate for the client while protecting team workflows and creative integrity
Required skills and experience
Communication & Client Experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage client expectations with confidence and professionalism
Comfortable interfacing with executives, marketing leaders, and field teams
Creative Industry Awareness
Experience or knowledge in video production, photography, or creative storytelling
Understanding of content strategy, social deployment, and narrative structure
Operational Excellence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experienced working within a CRM and project management platforms
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Strong work ethic and high personal drive—thrives in a fast-moving environment
Must be based in Dallas–Fort Worth
Comfortable with a hybrid schedule: remote work + in-person client shoots, meetings, or office days
40–50 hours/week minimum depending on production rhythms
