About the Role
The Marketing & Sales Manager plays a central role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance. This position combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution‑leading marketing initiatives, managing digital campaigns, and strengthening client relationships.

This is an opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys both creativity and analytics, and who wants to directly influence business growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition

Manage and grow company social media presence, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (including Meta platforms)

Implement and manage tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel) to measure campaign performance and ROI

Collaborate with product development and design teams to create compelling, conversion‑focused content

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

Analyze marketing and sales data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance

Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

(preferred)

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Experience

Proven experience managing

social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns

(Meta platforms strongly preferred)

Demonstrated success in

marketing, sales, or digital marketing roles

Experience in

customer relationship management and client‑facing roles

Skills & Competencies

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaigns

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

Interest or experience in

gaming communities (retro or tabletop)

(preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Leadership & Collaboration
While this role does not initially include direct reports, it may provide guidance to marketing or sales support staff and will collaborate cross‑functionally with product and design teams.
