The Role: Director of Sales

In this role, you will identify potential opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and prepare for client meetings and presentations

Establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders

Develop tailored digital marketing program recommendations

Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients

Collaborate with the Client Solutions team on program design and delivery

Meet and exceed annual sales targets

Execute successful deal closures

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively build client relationships

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or related field

5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing services in a client‑facing role with a proven track record

In‑depth pharmaceutical knowledge

Strong background in digital marketing services

Excellent organizational and time management abilitiesAble to work independently and remotely

Willingness to travel monthly for client meetings
