Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Manager Business Development to lead, drive and execute new business development, client relationship management and brand building strategy for the firm's commercial disputes (litigation) practice.Responsibilities:Lead, drive and execute new business development, client relationship management and brand building strategy for the firm's commercial disputes (litigation) practiceDevelop subject matter expertise across commercial disputesWork closely with partners, industry leaders and practice leadership to develop and drive business growth plans leading to revenue growth and new business winsLead the day-to-day execution of business growth plansDevelop and execute brand positioning strategyManage client presentations, seminars, conferences and sponsorship opportunitiesDevelop and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients and prospectsProactively monitor and analyze industry, market and competitor trends to develop actionable recommendations regarding new business opportunitiesPrepare bespoke pitch materials and RFP responses to maximize new business winsDevelop and execute content strategies across the firm's digital platforms to promote consistent brand messaging objectivesManage the submissions process for industry awards, rankings and directoriesSupervise, coach and train junior staffManage budgets and ROIRequirements:7+ years of legal business development or strategic marketing experienceAdvanced relationship management skills with the ability to advise and influence key stakeholdersDeep knowledge of the litigation landscapePrior team management experienceStrong project management, time management and organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to manage competing requirements and meet deadlinesExperience working on a global collaborative team environmentDemonstrated technical proficiency with MS Office, legal industry databases and information sourcesHighly motivated and outgoing with a high degree of maturity and professionalismBachelor's DegreeHybrid schedule with minimum 4-days per week in the office required
