Seeking a freelance Vertical Video Editor to produce 3 to 5 high-quality vertical videos per week, focusing on TikTok, Reels, and Pinterest content, with a turnaround of 24 to 48 hours, utilizing CapCut to create polished 9:16 masters from provided assets.
Key responsibilities

Assemble and edit vertical videos using CapCut, following provided beat sheets and brand guidelines
Color grade footage for warmth and sync audio to music with platform-native pacing
Export final videos as 9:16 1080x1920 MP4 files and deliver editable project files for iteration

Required qualifications

Proven experience editing vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, or Pinterest
Proficiency in CapCut; familiarity with Premiere or DaVinci is a plus
Ability to color grade effectively and understand pacing for social media
Strong understanding of brand systems and the importance of hooks in video content
Availability to communicate via Slack during US business hours
