About Lilly's Fresh Pasta
Founded in Greater Boston in 1986, Lilly's Fresh Pasta empowers chefs to focus on what they do best—creating exceptional dining experiences—by delivering authentic, ready‑to‑use fresh pasta crafted to true Italian standards.

Our pasta is made with 100% non‑GMO Italian‑grown semolina, 00 flour, and Grade A eggs—no preservatives, no shortcuts, no compromises. For nearly 40 years, we have been the trusted partner of New England's most respected restaurants, country clubs, and hotels, helping them serve an authentic Italian pasta experience while optimizing food cost, labor, and consistency.

We're a family‑founded, chef‑obsessed company entering our most ambitious chapter yet—and we’re hiring the marketer who will help us tell that story to the world.

The Role
We’re seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Specialist to join our team full‑time in a hybrid capacity, based in the Greater Boston area.

This isn’t a “post‑and‑pray” marketing seat. You’ll be the voice and visibility engine behind a 40‑year‑old brand entering its next stage of growth. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies, lead PR campaigns, run market research, and partner directly with our sales team to turn brand momentum into commercial wins.

You’ll serve as Lilly’s ambassador—building relationships with chefs, operators, distributors, and partners—and making sure that when leading kitchens think fresh pasta, they think Lilly’s first.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute marketing strategies

that translate our craft into commercial momentum across digital, trade, and in‑person channels.

Lead PR campaigns

that position Lilly’s as the authority in fresh pasta—pitching media, securing press, and amplifying launches, partnerships, and milestones.

Run market research

to keep us sharp on competitive trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities in foodservice and retail.

Support the sales team

with the materials and narratives they need to win—broker decks, distributor content, trade‑show presence, and customer‑facing storytelling.

Own marketing collateral end‑to‑end —photography, video, social, packaging support, sales enablement, and digital assets.

Represent Lilly’s in the field —at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events—with the warmth and pride that define our culture.

Manage budgets and measure performance —every campaign tied to a number, every dollar tied to a return.

What You Bring

5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, hospitality, or premium CPG.

Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and market research.

Strong digital marketing chops—content, social, and analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication; you can move fluently between trade press, social, and executive brand voice.

Experience with CRM and analytics tools.

Team leadership, project management, and budget management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

A proactive, creative, strategic mindset—and the ownership to ship, not just plan.

An understanding and appreciation of Italian culinary tradition is a strong plus.

Why Lilly’s

40 years of brand equity —built on real craft, real family, and real relationships.

A growth‑stage company

scaling vision with the systems and leadership to get there.

Direct access to leadership —no layers, no politics. You’ll work alongside our CEO, CFO, and sales leaders.

A culture that means it —family‑founded, team‑built, and obsessed with quality at every level.

Hybrid flexibility, competitive compensation, and full benefits.

How to Apply
Send your resume, a short note on why this role speaks to you, and any relevant work samples to careers@lillysfreshpasta.com. Resumes are cool. But we want to see you.

Instead of—or in addition to—the usual application, send us a 30–60 second video introducing yourself.

No script. No ring light required. No “professional” voice.

Just tell us:

Who you are

Why this role hits different for you

Bonus points if you pitch us one idea you’d run in your first 90 days.

Shoot it on your phone. Vertical is fine. Personality > polish.

Send it to careers@lillysfreshpasta.com, and we’ll watch every single one.

This is how we meet the real you.

Lilly’s Fresh Pasta is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team where every voice strengthens the table.
