The Role

GEO Strategy & Performance Management
Take ownership of GEO performance for multiple clients, focused on increasing visibility in AI-driven search experiences.
Develop and implement GEO roadmaps that align with brand and business objectives, including both short-term wins and strategies for long-term authority building.
Create repeatable testing frameworks to assess factors impacting LLM visibility, citations, and brand inclusion.
Optimization & Implementation
Enhance AI discoverability through:
Structured content improvements (clarity, depth, formatting, FAQs).
Technical SEO alignment (crawlability, indexing, internal linking, canonical tags).
Schema/structured data recommendations as necessary.
Entity optimization (alignment with brands, people, products, and topics).
Work closely with content strategists and writers to craft LLM-friendly, citation-worthy content.
Conduct audits of client sites and digital ecosystems to identify gaps affecting generative performance.
Reporting, Insights & Measurement
Monitor and report on GEO success metrics, including:
LLM citations and brand mention frequency.
Share of voice in generative results.
Visibility coverage for prompts and queries.
Sentiment and recommendation trends.
Convert findings into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Create executive-friendly dashboards and summaries that clearly communicate GEO successes and next steps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with SEO, PR, content, analytics, and development teams to unify GEO efforts across different channels.
Support integrated campaigns where SEO, PR, and content improvements work together to enhance AI visibility.
Educate stakeholders about evolving generative search behaviors and best practices for optimization.
Experimentation & Industry Monitoring
Stay updated on emerging trends in generative search and AI discovery.
Monitor algorithm shifts in Google and LLM products.
Explore new tools, platforms, and measurement capabilities.
Conduct ongoing GEO tests and share insights as best practices internally.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience with SEO, digital marketing, content strategy, or organic growth.
1+ years of experience utilizing enterprise-level SEO and technology tools.
Experience with GEO tracking technologies is preferred.
Desirable Skills
Genuine passion for GEO, data, analytics, and technology.
Experience managing large SEO accounts within a search marketing agency.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a data‑driven, problem‑solving environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skill in simplifying complex solutions for easy understanding.
