Responsibilities

Shape the professional presence of the company in digital media and manage digital customer communication on relevant social media channels.

Set new impulses in the planning and conception of online campaigns, thereby contributing directly to our continued business success.

Manage social media accounts as well as plan and execute Google Ads campaigns.

Create and manage landing pages and advertisements, including associated mailings related to our current properties and our comprehensive services.

Perform regular evaluations and reports of online activities to make the success of the work visible and develop measures for continuous optimization of our online presence.

Qualifications & Experience

Completed degree or vocational training in marketing, media, or communications.

Hands‑on experience in designing and implementing social media marketing.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various social networking platforms.

High degree of self‑management.

Strong communication personality and confident creation of sales copy and advertisements.

Knowledge of SEO.

Enthusiasm for real estate and residential trends and motivation to contribute creative ideas for a successful online presence.
