Listing Operations & Marketing Manager

LUXURYSOCALREALTY | Compass is hiring an Operations Manager to run the systems behind a top-producing La Jolla luxury real estate team and keep the principals' days moving.

We'll be straight with you. This is a hybrid role, and a wide one. The core is operations: building and documenting the systems, owning the CRM, coordinating listings and transactions, keeping vendors and deadlines in line. On top of that, you'll create the team's marketing and social content, and you'll give the principals the day-to-day support a small team runs on, from calendars to the occasional supply run.
