Gravitate Energy is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager based in Dallas, Texas. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, directly reporting to the CFO.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have over 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech company. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with HRIS systems are essential for success in this role.
