The Role
We are seeking a
Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator with a strong foundation in hands-on digital media strategy, paid media execution, website performance, and data analysis
to support (and grow) our brand presence in an ever-changing digital world. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment and brings a positive, growth-driven mindset to everything they do.
This is an in-person position, working 40 hours per week (Tuesday through Saturday) at Simmons Fine Jewelry. Days off will be Sundays & Mondays. Some events will land outside of normal business hours. All events are required and scheduled in advance.
A typical weekly schedule looks like:
Tuesdays – 9am-5:30pm
Thursdays – 9am-5:30pm
Fridays 8am – 5:30pm
Saturdays 10am-5:30pm
Core Daily Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and YouTube advertising campaigns
Assist with website updates, content creation and layout improvements
Monitor digital performance metrics and compile reports for optimization
Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Creatively contribute to some social media initiatives such as Facebook & Instagram
Content creation for luxury jewelry brands & items to showcase across multi-marketing platforms for consumer awareness
Collaborate with internal marketing leadership to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Additional Secondary Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordinating, marketing and executing of in-store and community events, as necessary
Assist the Marketing Director with additional promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives within the marketing team’s responsibilities, as necessary.
Occasional support of cross-depart operations for all overall business success
Interact with customers and create a unique experience from the very first impression!
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Digital Media, Digital Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media & technical business operations , including the support of the following channels:
Google Ads – creating & updating campaigns, analyzing data
YouTube advertising – creative content creation, campaign execution, analyzing data
Website - design, product updates, and/or creation of content
Meta Business – social media initiatives on Instagram & Facebook knowledge is important for contributing to & maintaining some content across our channels
E-Commerce
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A good visual eye for marketing high-end jewelry through these platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Positive attitude with a growth-oriented and proactive mindset
Must be good with people – we are in a luxury retail environment after all!
