Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions and inquiries in German across social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others

Provide timely and professional responses to customer questions, complaints, and feedback

Monitor social media platforms for customer sentiment and issues, escalating when necessary

Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve social media engagement and service quality

Maintain detailed records of social media interactions in CRM or tracking systems

Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance customer experience

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous

Experience in customer service, social media management, or related roles is preferred

Excellent communication and writing skills with an ability to engage customers effectively on social platforms

Strong understanding of social media tools, platforms, and analytics

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems and social media management tools is a plus
