We’re partnering with a leading, globally recognized brand to identify a Sports Marketing Content Creator (Photo + Video) who thrives at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and live sports culture. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands‑on creator who wants to work with elite athletes, capture high-energy moments, and bring campaigns to life across digital, social, and global marketing channels. What You’ll Do
You’ll play a hybrid role across content creation (~65%) and production (~35%), owning projects end-to-end—from concept through final delivery.

Capture dynamic, high-quality photo and video content featuring athletes, products, events, and lifestyle moments—both in studio and on location

Bring campaigns to life through short-form social content, event coverage, and branded storytelling

Own the full creative process: lighting, composition, camera operation, and basic audio capture

Edit and deliver polished assets, including retouching, color correction, sound, and platform-optimized exports

Translate creative briefs into compelling shot lists and content strategies

Stay ahead of trends in sports content, social formats, and visual storytelling

Act as a key liaison between Sports Marketing and Creative Production teams

Plan and execute mid-to-high budget productions with strong autonomy

Build and manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors (photographers, stylists, editors, etc.)

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high creative standard

Identify creative partners and contribute to ongoing talent sourcing and portfolio reviews

Drive operational excellence, including vendor management, contracts, and invoicing

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in commercial content creation (photo + video)

Strong portfolio showcasing sports marketing, athlete storytelling, and dynamic visual content

Proven experience capturing live events, athletes, and fast-moving environments

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production tools

Solid understanding of production workflows, budgeting, and asset delivery across channels

Expertise in camera systems, lighting, audio basics, and post-production workflows

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic + international)

Must have a valid passport and Real ID

Must be based near Seattle, WA for hybrid onsite work
