The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve established targets and objectives. Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable a Sales Team tasked with retaining and growing revenue across all Ford Office Technologies products and services.

Along with managing people this role will also manage some of your own accounts.

Current Client Retention and Expansion

Team Forecasting Accuracy

Achieving Team Revenue Target

Lead Sales Team – Provide guidance and experience on obtaining new leads, generating client meetings, and presenting and closing sales proposals.

Manage Key Performance Indicators – Manage to daily, monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators

Hold Team Accountable to KPI

Consulting & Collaboration: Acting as a consultant to client to educate, address pain points, and deliver solutions, using FOT prescribed products and services. Coordinate internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to deliver solutions.

Sales Cycle Leadership (Lead to Order): Handling quotes, proposals, walk-throughs, order presentation, and delivery

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining client communications, pipeline, and forecast using the CRM tool.

Performance Evaluation - Conduct performance assessments for sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

Compliance - Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Interviewing / Hiring – With our continued growth you will be responsible for interviewing and hiring decisions.

Requirements

Two or more years of direct supervisory responsibilities in sales.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Four or more years of sales experience.

Excellent communications skills.

Positive team player.

Ability to meet established deadlines.

Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
