MHW Search has exclusively partnered with a reputable title company with locations across Dallas. We are seeking Residential Escrow Officers to join the team. This person will get up to 10% on commissions + base salary.
The ideal candidate will come from the title industry and understand how to coach sales professionals who call on real estate agents, lenders, builders, investors, and other referral sources. This is not intended to be a pure production role. The focus will be on leadership, recruiting, team development, performance management, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 residential title sales representatives
Recruit, interview, and help onboard additional sales reps to support continued growth
Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, activity expectations, and accountability standards across the team
Lead regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions
Help sales reps improve prospecting, relationship management, follow‑up, and referral partner engagement
Partner with escrow, operations, and leadership teams to ensure strong communication between sales and closing teams
Monitor sales activity, revenue production, referral sources, and market opportunities
Identify areas where individual sales reps need support, training, or additional structure
Create consistency around sales process, messaging, client outreach, and market coverage
Serve as a resource to the sales team on title‑related questions, client issues, and relationship strategy
Help leadership evaluate team performance, hiring needs, compensation structure, and growth opportunities
Represent the company professionally in the market while supporting overall brand growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in the residential title industry strongly preferred
Prior experience managing, mentoring, or leading sales representatives
Strong understanding of residential title sales, escrow operations, real estate referral relationships, and local market dynamics
Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain sales talent
Comfortable holding sales reps accountable to activity, revenue, and relationship development goals
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a team without needing to be the primary producer
Ability to build structure, process, and consistency within a growing sales organization
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with escrow officers, closers, branch managers, and executive leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help scale a sales platform
Existing relationships in the residential real estate, lender, builder, or title community preferred
Experience Requirements
7+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally within residential title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, or a related industry
Prior leadership experience managing a sales team or acting as a senior sales leader/player‑coach
Demonstrated success recruiting or helping attract sales talent
Track record of improving sales performance, team accountability, and market penetration
Competitive base salary and performance‑based incentive structure
