Learning Experience Design Intern

Xcel Energy is seeking a motivated intern to support the design and evaluation of enterprise learning programs. This internship will provide hands-on experience applying the ADDIE framework and the opportunity to develop practical learning experiences that impact performance.
The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant degree program and possess knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. This role offers a starting pay of $22.10 to $27.90 per hour, along with benefits such as PTO and a 401(k) plan.
