Job Summary
Responsible for the cash operations of an ATM and AirVac machines along with first line maintenance responsibilities. Hours: 4‑10 hour shifts (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri).
Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities
Provide cash and courier services to ATM and AirVac customers as required.
Perform courier functions such as cash replenishment, ATM and smart safe pulls, coin delivery, and deposits.
Perform basic first‑line maintenance functions such as clearing jams, rebooting machine, replenishing receipt paper, running diagnostics, software updates, and escalating issues to tech support.
Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests as scheduled and requested.
Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or applicable Cash Depot staff members.
Communicate inventory and support requests to complete scheduled tasks accurately and timely.
Perform administrative paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain department metric standards in efficiency, safety, first‑time‑fix rate, and other important metrics.
Assist other technicians and provide ride‑along training as needed.
Follow all security procedures and policies.
Other Job Duties / Expectations
Maintain a professional image, both person and vehicle.
Maintain inventory standards as required.
Attend training as requested in Wisconsin and maintain technical competencies of ATMs and Air Products.
Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
Operate as a team player.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Flexible work schedule that could include a 4 or 5‑day work week.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Degree / GED.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification).
Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
Ability to work safely when lifting and performing tasks associated with the position.
Experience in troubleshooting or electro‑mechanical work.
Ability to follow expectations set in the Field Service Handbook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external contacts.
Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi‑task, critical thinker, accurate, thorough, and a problem‑solver.
Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.
Physical Requirements
The position requires the ability to lift and carry items ranging from 20 lbs. to 150 lbs. repeatedly. Activities up to 5.5+ hours per day may involve climbing, crawling, squatting, bending, or kneeling. Lifting of ATMs may require two technicians for machines weighing over 875 lbs. The job is traveling and involves exposure to weather conditions and operation at customer locations for approximately 50% of the shift.
