At TORQ Coatings, we are building a high-performance home improvement company focused on elite customer experience, lead generation, and scalable systems. We are growing quickly throughout the Chicagoland market and looking for someone who lives in the details of paid ads, numbers, reporting, and performance optimization.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands that marketing is about generating revenue, not just clicks and impressions. This person will play a major role in helping drive qualified leads and supporting the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across:

Google Ads

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

YouTube

TikTok

Display & Retargeting

Local Service Ads

Monitor and improve:

Booking rates

Return on ad spend

Work directly with outside marketing agencies and vendors

Hold partners accountable to KPIs and performance expectations

Review campaign performance, reporting, and creative direction

Help coordinate landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign launches

Ensure agencies stay aligned with company goals and growth targets

Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting dashboards

Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Track marketing KPIs and communicate results to leadership

Monitor sales attribution and marketing performance by channel

Help leadership understand where every marketing dollar is going

CRM & Automation Support

Work inside Builder Prime, Hatch, Zapier, and related systems

Help improve:

Lead routing

Follow-up campaigns

Reporting automations

Ensure leads are flowing properly from marketing into the sales process

Content & Creative Coordination

Coordinate with content creators and vendors on ad creatives

Help test new offers, hooks, landing pages, and campaign ideas

Assist with market research and competitive analysis

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising

Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred

Strong understanding of data and campaign reporting

Experience managing agencies or vendors is a plus

Experience with CRM systems and automations preferred

Home services or home improvement experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

AI-minded and willing to leverage technology to improve efficiency
