WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
The Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports training, operational excellence, and brand storytelling across 7 Brew. While this role will contribute to digital and marketing content, the primary focus initially will be partnering closely with the Operations and Training teams to develop and produce training and educational video content for internal use.

This position requires someone who is equally comfortable creating polished instructional content as they are supporting branded creative projects. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help build scalable video resources that support the growth of the 7 Brew brand.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

Collaborate with the operation and creative teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projects

Produce engaging branded content for social media, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns

Film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content aligned with brand standards

Assist with large-scale commercial shoots and production support

Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and boom microphones during productions

Transport, organize, and set up production equipment for shoots

Edit footage using industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut

Create motion graphics and animations for digital boards, advertisements, and promotional content

Support 3D modeling, sculpting, and animation projects in Blender

Maintain organized digital assets and files within the DAM system

Stay current on videography, editing, and social media trends to continuously elevate content quality

Manage project timelines and production updates within work management software

Partner closely with learning and development to create engaging training and operational video content

Produce instructional and educational videos that support onboarding, operations, and internal communication initiatives

Balance creative storytelling with clear, informative, and brand-aligned content execution

Support both internal training content and external marketing initiatives as business needs evolve

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Cinema, Media Production, or related field preferred

3–5 years of experience in videography, media production, or content creation

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

Experience operating cinema cameras and DSLR equipment

Strong video editing and color grading skills, including RAW footage workflows

Experience with audio recording and editing

Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skillsExperience with Blender or other 3D animation software preferred

Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively on shots and cross-functional creative projects

Ability to safely lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs.
