Deputy Public Affairs Chief And Operations Section Chief The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a supervisor, planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees; serve as Deputy Public Affairs (PA) Chief and Operations Section Chief; manage PA programs and provide oversight of functions. Serves as second in responsibility with the PA Officer (PAO) for the 88 ABW PA program.
