Role Description
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Lantzy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various methods including networking, referrals, warm calling, and online research.

Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.

Client Consultation

Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information on different insurance policies and products, explaining their features, benefits, and costs.

Sales and Policy Management

Recommend suitable insurance policies and assist clients in selecting the best options.

Process applications, renewals, and modifications of insurance policies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Customer Service

Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies.

Assist clients with claims processing and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Professional Development

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, company policies, and product knowledge.

Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Associate’s degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Must be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, Health, & Accident licenses.
