JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox News is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to support both marketing and technical execution of customer communications across email, push notifications, and in‑app messaging. This role is highly focused on campaign operations, audience logic, and platform operations within Braze.

You will work closely with Braze Reps (ESP), Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, data flows are accurate, and messaging is triggered as intended. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with segmentation logic, and overseeing the marketing tech side of Braze for CRM Fox News promotions.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Execution & QA

Own end‑to‑end campaign setup, QA, and deployment in Braze across email, push, and in‑app messaging. Ensure campaigns render correctly across devices and function as intended before launch.

Build and manage audience segments using user attributes, events, and behavioral triggers. Troubleshoot segmentation issues, validate audience counts, and ensure accurate targeting.

Technical Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve issues related to campaign setup, delivery, deeplinks, and rendering. Review and adjust HTML/CSS when needed, and partner with Engineering and Product on more complex technical challenges.

Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Braze to ensure data flows, event tracking, and campaign logic are implemented correctly.

Braze Platform Management

Leverage Braze’s features, AI, Canvas, segmentation, and real‑time event capabilities to build and maintain scalable, automated user journeys.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Track campaign performance and support A/B testing to improve targeting, timing, and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Solid experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations roles

Hands‑on experience with Braze or similar ESP/CRM platforms

Strong understanding of event‑based messaging, user attributes, and segmentation logic

Experience troubleshooting campaign and delivery issues in a cross‑functional environment

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email or messaging QA

Excellent attention to detail and strong QA discipline

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross- functionally

NICE TO HAVE:

Familiarity with user research and mapping end‑to‑end user journeys

Experience querying data (e.g., SQL) for campaign analysis and segment extension setup

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00-96,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
