Primary Purpose Of Position
This position will be within the Operations Team and report to an Operations Foreman. This position operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains all equipment necessary to generate electricity.
Primary Duties And Accountabilities
Operates, monitors, and maintains turbines, generators, pumps, scrubber plants, industrial wastewater treatment plants, boilers, motors, combustion turbines, and associated auxiliary equipment. Operates various repair/test equipment. Performs all work during an assigned shift in a safe, continuous, and efficient manner while maintaining environmental and housekeeping standards within federal, state, and local guidelines. Performs work per Work Management processes and ensures safety using equipment Tag Out process. Adheres to the conduct of operations and operations fundamentals. Available for rotating shift work and overtime as required. Perform work on lube schedule. Perform any other duties as assigned in accordance with Article 5.12 of the CBA.
