What You'll Do

Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

Weekly pay
Uncapped commission structure
Average reps earn $1,200$1,500/week
Top performers earn $2,000$4,000+/week

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Coachable and eager to grow professionally
Reliable with full-time availability (MondayFriday, 11 AM8 PM)
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
