Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to local real estate agents to introduce the company's photography services
Focus on appointment setting and scheduling consultations with listing agents
Build and expand prospecting lists based on initial leads provided
Research and identify local real estate agents for outreach
Update and maintain contact information within the CRM system (17hats)
Log outreach activities, call notes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
Send direct messages through platforms such as LinkedIn or Instagram as secondary touchpoints
Track and document social media interactions within the CRM system
Must Haves
Experience with appointment setting or outbound sales outreach
Experience creating and managing prospecting lists
Comfortable conducting phone outreach and cold calling conversations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using CRM systems to manage outreach and follow-ups
Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
