The Role

This role is focused on fast, culturally relevant, daily-postable content — not high-production cinematic Shorts. The ideal candidate has a deep, instinctual understanding of what works on the For You Page and Reels feed, and can turn an idea into a published video the same day using nothing more than an iPhone and a mobile editor.
The right person is comfortable working independently, has a strong point of view on trends and formats, and is energized by volume and speed rather than long post-production cycles. This is a hands-on role that involves traveling with Eric to capture content on location, ideating in the moment, and posting consistently across platforms.
