Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Utilize advanced JavaScript skills for frontend debugging and minor feature enhancements.
Document support procedures and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
Participate in application deployment and release management activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in application support.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for application support related to React and Angular based applications.
