Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in your territory.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable Employee Benefits products and services.

Promote Keenan's private-label products and cross-sell other offerings.

Collaborate with clients to create and execute annual strategic plans.

Oversee renewals, negotiations, and program changes to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide day-to-day support to clients' administrative teams.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of successful consultative sales experience in group benefits (preferred).

Knowledge of the California managed care market and group underwriting principles.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Analytical, creative, and highly organized with strong prioritization abilities.

Active California Life & Disability Agent license.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required.

OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required.

OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.

Compensation
$111,500 - $217,500 per year
