Sr Designer - UX - NYC

Job Title

Create elegant UI solutions for complex data-rich interfaces, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., asset allocation, market insights, investment performance).
Translate user research, insights, and business needs into clear wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and interaction patterns.
Design intuitive workflows for both self-service and advisor-supported experiences.
Own and evolve the digital visual identity system for the wealth segment, ensuring consistency across all product surfaces.
Develop pixel-perfect UI, typography systems, iconography, illustrations, and micro-interactions aligned with brand values (trust, sophistication, clarity).
Strengthen and maintain design guidelines, UI libraries, and brand-to-product mapping.
Deep understanding of UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, usability best practices, responsive design.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC) and prototyping tools.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 148,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
