As VP, Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will architect and lead a comprehensive global strategy across compensation, benefits, and equity programs while driving operational excellence through our HR service delivery model. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership. You will play a critical role in the employee lifecycle experience by overseeing HRIS, Payroll, and our HR Administrative teams.
Responsibilities:
Architect and lead the global Total Rewards strategy, including implementation of a new global job architecture, integrating base pay, variable incentives, and equity programs to drive business performance and talent retention.
Serve as the primary advisor on executive compensation and governance, supporting the Compensation and Human Capital Committee with proxy disclosures and pay-for-performance alignment.
Direct global HR Operations, including HRIS, Payroll, and HR Administrative services, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Drive the global HR technology roadmap, leveraging HRIS capabilities to enhance data integrity, automate workflows, and improve the manager and employee experience.
Oversee the strategic design and administration of global health, retirement, and well-being programs, ensuring market competitiveness and strict regulatory compliance across all operational jurisdictions.
Partner with Finance and Legal on M&A due diligence, integration, and long-term cost modeling for rewards and operational sustainability.
Lead and develop a high-performing global team across Total Rewards and HR Operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including 15+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing Total Rewards or HR Operations within a publicly traded company.
Deep expertise in executive compensation/equity design and proven success advising Board-level Compensation Committees.
Demonstrated experience managing global operations.
Preferred Background:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, or SPHR.
Advanced proficiency in HRIS strategy and workforce analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Proven success leading HR due diligence, and integration.
