Business Development Manager – Rezolut/Assured Imaging

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in expanding Assured Imaging's footprint in the women's imaging sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and service line expansions.
The BDM will conduct comprehensive market research & analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. They will develop and implement strategy to identify & penetrate the market. They will identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets, including hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, private practice physicians and physician groups. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare administrators and decision-makers.
They will collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized imaging solutions that align with company objectives. They will lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that adhere to company policies and compliance standards. They will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning. They will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. They will prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior leadership. They will consistently track all activity in Rezolut's Customer Relationship Management system.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within medical imaging industry or selling to OB/GYN practices is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth is required. Strong understanding of the medical imaging landscape, including modalities, reimbursement models, and regulatory considerations is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events is required.
Experience working with women's health services or women-focused organizations is preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms to track and manage business development activities is preferred.
