Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Account Support Coordinator to work on‑site at a client's corporate headquarters in Katy, Texas. This part‑time role supports our Account Manager in the day‑to‑day administration and operational coordination of janitorial services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and brings a strong sense of urgency and professionalism to every task.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Account Manager
Perform accurate data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and other advanced functions)
Contact store locations by phone to coordinate service needs, address issues, and gather information
Follow up with field teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled janitorial services
Monitor and track daily operational tasks, flagging issues for escalation as needed
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Serve as a reliable point of contact on‑site at the client's corporate headquarters
Assist with operational reporting, documentation, and workflow coordination
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing demands in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
Located within or able to reliably commute to the Katy, Texas area
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data entry, and general spreadsheet management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident phone presence
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated with minimal need for oversight
Comfortable working in a corporate headquarters environment
Prior experience in an administrative, operations support, or coordinator role preferred
Experience in facilities management or janitorial services a plus, but not required
