Sales & Marketing Intern

Allient Inc. currently has an internship opportunity with our Sales & Marketing team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin! This internship provides exposure to work directly with the Director of Business Development & Inside Sales to support sales and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on data management, system transitions, reporting, and cross-functional project support. Apply now!

Responsibilities

Compile and interpret data from the CRM

Clean and prepare customer data for transfer to the new ERP system

Coordinate with the external marketing firm to track updates and changes

Develop sales reports in the ERP system aligned with accounting results

Assist the Sales team with AI-related tools and questions

Analyze differences between Salesforce CRM and NetSuite CRM

Prepare ICT data for marketing communications

Transfer relevant information to the Product Manager and Strategic Account Manager

Support marketing initiatives as directed

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, or marketing tools preferred

Knowledge of the electrical or transformer industry is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions

Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to gather information, identify issues, and support decision-making

Collaborative, personable, and able to work across departments

Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
