Overview
We’re seeking a senior commercial leader to own and grow AB Vista’s North Asia and Australia New Zealand market. The NA & ANZ Commercial Director is a senior leadership role with accountability for overall commercial performance, strategic growth, and long‑term market development across North Asia, Australia New Zealand, and South Asia. The role holds full regional commercial P&L accountability and is responsible for translating global strategy into high‑impact regional execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable revenue, margin, and market share growth.
- Hold full accountability for regional Net Sales, Gross Contribution Margin, and commercial costs.
- Build deep customer and market insight across priority countries.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑country sales organisation.
- Drive strong collaboration across commercial, technical, marketing, and operational teams.
- Act as a senior ambassador for AB Vista across the region.
Qualifications
- Senior commercial leadership experience in animal nutrition or ingredients
- Proven track record of revenue growth and profitability
- Strong strategic, commercial, and P&L management capability
- Experience leading multi‑country, culturally diverse teams
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder influencing skills
