As part Creative Content & Production team, you will oversee projects from concept through final cut—bringing patient and caregiver voices to life in meaningful ways across digital and professional platforms.

What You’ll Do

Provide strategic leadership to top-tier pharma and commercial clients

Lead cross-functional teams in delivering against SOWs and key milestones

Drive organic and incremental growth across client portfolios

Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure delivery excellence

Present strategic recommendations to senior-level stakeholders

Mentor and support internal team members to foster a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For

10+ years in marketing/advertising with pharma/commercial focus

Proven success in high-level client partnership and account growth

Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory dynamics

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
