Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities
Able to perform basic lighting and appliance installations and desire to learn custom lighting installations.
Ensure installed lights are damage free and fully functioning according to manufacturer’s specifications.
Interacting courteously and professionally with builders, designers, and on‑site customers.
Providing service repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing appliance issues.
Providing driver duties and responsibilities.
Completing office paperwork and documenting service calls.
Attending company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up‑to‑date on product changes.
Qualifications
Prior experience with lighting, construction, kitchen, plumbing, home appliance products, or installations preferred.
Valid state issued license required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
Ability to lift 50+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally with assistance of lifting equipment.
Excellent customer service skills; ability to deliver “white glove service.”
Ability to document job notes clearly for non‑tradespeople.
Strong organization, time management, and creative problem‑solving skills.
Ability to deal with a wide range of customers with varying product knowledge.
Mechanics skills and willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills preferred.
Consistency in using tools; own tools acceptable but specific tools will be supplied.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.
Pay Range
$19.34 - $29.00 per hour
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
