Brand Partnerships Coordinator
IPSY is looking for an energetic and hardworking Brand Partnerships Coordinator who will play a vital role as part of our Brand Partnerships Team. Our team works with beauty brands to source amazing products for our IPSY member subscriptions. You'll be responsible for preparing agreements and purchase orders, preparing presentations for brands, managing marketing assets, data, and reporting. The position will report to a Brand Partnership Manager and is a hybrid role (onsite + remote work) that will work out of our Pembroke Pines, FL or New York City office.

About the Role
Responsible for supporting brand partnerships, order management, reporting, and marketing coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain and update goal dashboard trackers and KPI reporting.

Compile and distribute monthly industry updates and beauty market trend reports.

Track brand performance and marketplace insights through recurring reporting initiatives.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for internal stakeholders.

Maintain account templates and reporting documentation.

Monitor beauty news, FOMO trends, and relevant industry updates.

Materials & Brand Resources

Create and maintain delivery window sheets and operational materials.

Manage and update brand contact lists and partnership databases.

Ensure all shared resources remain accurate and accessible.

Order Management & Operations

Update Salesforce records with purchase order (PO) status changes.

Coordinate PO approvals, edits, and follow-ups with vendors and internal teams.

Manage daily PO send-outs and SKU updates.

Maintain PO email templates and support operational process improvements.

Ensure order data integrity across systems and platforms.

Brand Setup & Partnership Coordination

Manage incoming brand partnership inquiries and onboarding communications.

Coordinate the setup of new brands within Salesforce and internal systems.

Support relationship management with brand partners and vendors.

Assist with cross‑functional coordination between sales, operations, and marketing teams.

Marketing Coordination

Track and follow up on marketing assets, samples, and campaign deliverables.

Coordinate marketing timelines and ensure assets are delivered on schedule.

Support affiliate, commerce, and advertising operations through tracking and reporting.

Conduct monthly quality assurance checks for marketing operations.

Operational Support

Conduct weekly operational compliance and process checks.

Support Salesforce administration and system maintenance tasks.

Assist with NetSuite enhancements and workflow optimization initiatives.

Coordinate certificate of insurance (COI) follow-ups and documentation management.

Prepare recap documents and operational summaries as needed.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, account coordination, marketing operations, or project coordination.

Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Experience in beauty, retail, e‑commerce, or consumer brands is a plus.

Pay is based on several non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.

Salary Range: $60,000 USD – $65,000 USD
