The Community Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue at the center level through tours, follow-ups, proposals, and deal execution. This role owns the in center sales cycle and plays a key role in member engagement, retention, and local marketing efforts that support lead conversion.
The Community Sales Manager focuses on working on leads generated by our marketing and lead generation team and on closing deals while building strong relationships with prospects and members.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct all tours for prospective members
Manage proposals, follow-ups, and negotiations
Execute agreements and close deals
Maintain active and organized pipeline
Ensure fast response time to all leads
Build relationships with current members
Conduct regular check‑ins to support retention
Identify upsell opportunities (office upgrades, virtual office, etc.)
Support renewal conversations when needed
Move‑Outs & Retention Opportunities
Manage all member move‑outs
Attempt to retain members before exit
Convert exiting members to virtual office (VO) or alternative products when possible
Manage and update third‑party listing platforms (LoopNet, etc.).
Create and send monthly location email communications.
