We’re growing quickly and looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands lead generation, enjoys working with data, and wants to directly impact client growth through high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, YouTube, and Meta platforms.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.

Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, CPL, and lead quality.

Create and test ad copy, landing page recommendations, and conversion strategies.

Track budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize performance.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear reporting for internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with account managers, SEO specialists, and web developers to improve lead generation outcomes.

Stay current on PPC trends, automation tools, AI-driven bidding strategies, and platform updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on PPC management experience.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.

Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI goals.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking platforms such as CallRail.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Google Ads certifications are a plus.
